The cryptocurrency virtual credit card launched by the World Digital Central Bank can be consumed and paid by swipe card and electronic payment in different consumption scenarios as long as there are corresponding assets in the capital account.
After the recharge is activated, the virtual card can play the same role as the credit card in the supported payment scenario and make credit card consumption. When performing top-up, payment, withdrawal, exchange &ATM withdrawal, etc., the World Digital Central Bank will charge different levels of processing fees when the user performs payment, withdrawal, exchange &ATM withdrawal (if supported), etc.
